Schedule:
Flexible Part-Time (15 - 25 hours per week), but will have to work some Saturdays.
Position Description:
Deal Quality Specialists play an important role in helping our sales teams and new customers have a great experience. They are responsible for monitoring, auditing and communicating the status of all new deals. Deal Quality Specialists assist the support team in reaching team goals and communicating policy changes to the broader team.
Responsibilities:
Ensure each deal meets correct geographic requirements
Communicate status and pending items to appropriate stakeholders
Work with internal team members to resolve outstanding items
Prioritize daily workflow
Export reports from and interact with company BI dashboards
Escalate process changes and issues to team members
Minimum Qualifications:
Great attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Basic knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work effectively independently, as well as within a team environment
Must be able to multitask and prioritize
Ability to solve problems
