Position Description:

As a Public Relations Manager you will be responsible to understand, oversee, implement and manage all public relations projects and activities at LGCY Power. This position requires a highly-motivated individual with a strong desire to continually learn and develop. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in positioning LGCY as a leader in direct sales and direct marketing;

• Evaluate and promote community partnerships;

• Develop and execute media relation strategies to secure appropriate placements in print, broadcast and online media both locally and nationally;

• Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within the business and industry;

• Oversee all writing needs for the company;

• Work with industry analysts;

• Assist in media inquiries;

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

• Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills;

• Advanced writing skills;

• Proficient in MS Office (i.e., Word, Outlook, PowerPoint);

• Ability to successfully work within a team environment;

• Exceptional attention to detail;

• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple project.
